Zorba's Pizza & Pub - Edson

Went there during the long weekend to watch UFC with our ball team. Knowing they're going to be busy with it being the big ball tournament weekend, we know what to expect having been going to Edson for years on the same weekend. Pub was busy but not insane. But our waitress was completely unacceptable.-One of our guys timed it, from the time his drink went empty (just a soft drink) to the time she refilled it, 1 hour and 10 minutes. She came to the table several times during this time period.-She literally laughed and made fun of one guy ordering a salad-The guy who waited for his drink asked if we could maybe get a small pitcher of coke for the few people just drinking that, and she just said no and walked away, never addressing it again-After having a couple cocktails I wanted to try one of their drinks off their menu, and when I asked for the new one she rolled her eyes and said "really? you're going to change drinks?"-When paying our bills she apologized for things taking so long, saying the new people working there aren't very good.We had no issue with waiting for food and drinks knowing it was busy, but the insults were just insane. Never had service this bad before. Even with the pizza being really good, will not be returning here anytime soon.

We have ordered pizzas from here over the last 2yrs or so. They have always been ok. Saying that we had never given other establishments our order out of habit until recently. We found that in comparison Zorba's were not really that good. Whilst my partner continued out of habit ordering Zorba's pizza I chose the kebabs. Again whilst tasty the order ALWAYS took at least 40mins. On delivery the pizza was OK the kebab was ALWAYS only WARM. I always had to microwave it which obviously spoiled the bit of salad that came with it. But I enjoyed the kebab eventually. One evening we ordered

Gave it 3 tries, and all 3 times service was horrible! We order pizza for takeout now. Was 15 people in the bar and it took the waitress 45 min to refill are drinks, it took over a hr to get are pizzas which taste great but she got are order wrong and had to wait another hr for the right order then whe we asked for plates she said all the plates and glasses were being washed so we walked over to the buffet side and grabbed are own plates, another time we sat there waiting for service( only us in there) so got up and walked around the corner and waitress was there txting for almost 20min before she came to us and the whole night just wasn't a very good hostes not checking on us, so far only one time we've gone the service has been good

I have ate here a couple of times and the pizza a very good, they have take out and delivery. I have ordered in and it is very well made and tsate awesome.

On our way back from the Rockies, we decide to stop to eat at Edson. We asked someone from the this town where was the best pizza and he sent us here. The pizza was excellent, great service. We decide that we will be back, the pizza was so good. We don't go over there that much, so now we know where to stop for lunch or dinner.
