Coconut Tree - Edson

This is my all-time favorite restaurant. The staff is fantastic, the owner is friendly, and the food is amazing!

You get plenty of tasty, and fairly healthy, food here. The servers are attentive and non intrusive. The bubble teas are a must try!

I got a vermiceli bowl here recently and it met my expectations. The cost is a bit more than in the city (what you'd expect,) but the taste is the same! It's a small tucked away place, surprisingly close to hwy 16. Worth a stop for a Pho or noodle bowl for sure! I also saw lots of people coming in for the bubble teas.

Hello Just driving down from Jasper .. We were hungry we stopped at the coconut tree the restaurant was empty except for us. Very simple your normal Asian style sort of Decour. We ordered the green curry beef, coconut rice, and the Singapore noodles plus the spring rolls the deep-fried ones.The deep fried spring rolls came out very quick almost to quick and we realize that they were cold so we sent them back they happily send us hot ones and then the rest of the food came out hot. Service was prompt probably because we were the only ones there. Food was a bit greasier than what I normally have but overall it was really good the taste was really good and of course being hungry didn't take us too long to finish.Overall .., good! Cheers
