Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Crowley

We visited the restaurant twice. During our first experience, the chicken we ordered was undercooked, and I won't even mention the long wait time. On our second visit, we waited alongside five other guests for our food. Overall, I would rate the food 4/5, service 3/5, and atmosphere 3/5. We hope for a better experience next time.

I typically don’t eat out much, but I decided to stop by this place before a concert. Louisiana cuisine is always a delight, and this restaurant did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, and the staff treated me with great respect. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the woman who served me, but I really appreciated her service. Thank you! Overall, I would rate the service 5/5 and the atmosphere 5/5. Highly recommended!

The employees were incredibly rude. I stopped here on my way back to Lafayette. While the food was decent, the poor service overshadowed it. I won't be returning.

Ordered 8 piece with fries and received 5 wings 1 thigh 1 breast and a leg and 0 fries. Did try to call and never got an answer. I’m done with popeyes

Food was good. Took a little while to get food but it was hot out of the fryer when I got so worth a little wait.
