Dave Buster's Concord, Ca - Concord

There are far better places to watch football on Monday nights. They were short-staffed on servers so the wait for everything was super long. You're better off taking your business elsewhere.

I came to Dave and Busters with the family to play some games and get some food. We got there and there was a 10 cover charge and that was fine, we found out it was because of the fight(which we had no interest). We tried to get a table and they said it was at least a 2 hour wait because people were there to watch the fight and there was no time limit on how long they can stay at their table. Because we were going to play games we said fine and put our names on the list, after playing a couple of hours worth of games we checked on our table and were told that it was still at least a 2 hour wait. We tried to order to go but were told that we could not. I tried to order a drink at the bar and because I wasn't already there the bartenders kept looking at me but not taking my order, after 30 mins of this we just decided to leave. It was a total **** show, very disappointing. The only thing halfway decent about this night was the games. They should tell people at the door what's going on and time frames before charging them a cover charge.

It would have been nice if they let us know they could not refrigerate the cake we brought. Also the tables were too high for my father in law who has parkinsons so he had to leave early. Definitely not the best experience to celebrate an adult b-day.

The bartenders at this restaurant are very friendly, with some standing out more than others, but overall, we felt well taken care of. We ordered the nachos, which were quite good and well prepared. Typically, when we order nachos, the toppings are unevenly distributed, but this time they were nicely presented. While many of the games were out of service, we still had a great time. We visited on a busy Saturday night, but it seemed like more staff could have been allocated to clean tables and attend to customers.

Family fun place. Kids love most games, daddy loves collect cards to gain lots of points. I love basketball, dancing machine... the food's okay... but the waiters not enough, always wait wait wait~ but they r nice though
