Pho Anh Tu - Concord

I visited Pho Anh Tu after the change of ownership it was called Pho Linh . The interior decor is quite cozier than this place used to look. The food is okay but they served me the wrong type of noodle when I ordered their special Pho 1 on their menu . They used the noodle for their weekend special dish Bun Bo Hue for my beef Pho.

We had Pho, spring rolls, and spicy Pho Bun Bo Hue . The food was excellent, especially the beef noodle soup, which was fresh and delicious. Bun Bo Hue was spicier than I expected, but it was great. Besides the food, I also like the new interior design of this place.

Even though I was from different nationalities, I decided to taste Vietnamese food, and I went to pho anh tu; eating was really amazing; thebe were really friendly especially the man who wore the hat. I will visit again and again. it was really worth it?.

I had lunch today and the pho special. broth was good, tasty and not too sweet or salty exactly right. I enjoyed the whole dish without adding any sauce that is a good sign. I felt that the nudule was a little bit al dente for my lust, but that's pretty good and it got softer than that went hard. meat was a little dry, but tasty cream hard and chew. tripe was good, but should have a few more meatballs for a big pho. now the service, and I have to say that it is the best service experience in a pho restaurant I have ever seen. jonathan was so amazing, knowledgeable and had the best ideas for pairings with pho and even dessert suggestions. recommend them to anyone looking for a few pho in the opposite.

Good and very authentic Vietnamese food. The portions are also very hearty for a reasonable price.Nothing to do with the restaurant and does not affect rating the patrons next to us had chilli sauce and chilli oil containers wide open while they sneezed and coughed their way through their meal. Please, be considerate of the public setting, this is not your home.
