Never Phoget A Taste Of Vietnam

To start off, I was a regular at this restaurant but with the previous management, Four Guys Pho. The woman knew my name when I walked in because I ordered the chicken clay pot so much. So I definitely will miss them. I was a little disappointed when I seen there was new management in the area but the creativity of their branding and signage made me realize that the new owners were serious about making this a success. I gave them a try this evening because it was a littly chilly and I wanted a nice, hot bowl of beef pho. The broth was light and flavorful and I really enjoyed it! The staff was friendly and attentive as well. I plan on going again for a clay pot, that'll be the real test! Haha

So I work in the area and wanted a quick bite to eat without sitting down. Got the Beef Pad Thai and it was so good that I’ll be coming back to dine in! Pad Thai has an authentic flavor and was packaged really well!

This is genuinely one of the worst restaurants I've ever experienced. We ordered takeout to give this new place a try, but it took an incredibly long 40 minutes, only to be disappointed. The food was simply awful. The Pho-Ei noodles clumped together and were so old that we had to break them apart to eat, almost as if they had been sitting in the refrigerator for days. The basil and bean sprouts were brown and stale. The Pad Thai was subpar. The peanut sauce for the summer rolls tasted like melted peanut butter. To top it off, when I inquired about sauces over the phone, the staff only asked how many I wanted without mentioning that there would be a charge for each one. I ended up paying an extra $6 for sauces without being informed—enough for a whole appetizer! And the worst part? The extra peanut sauce I requested wasn’t even included in my order, yet I was charged 75 cents for it. When I raised this issue, I was told I had to return to the restaurant to get my 75 cents back. Don’t fall for these fake reviews!

This Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is of excellent quality, and the staff are very friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong dish, but they were so accommodating and gladly exchanged it for me. I highly recommend the pho and the chicken fried rice. I will definitely be returning!

This is by far the best Pho I've ever tasted in the area. The customer service is exceptional, and the food comes out quickly. They really pack in the brisket and rice noodles in the broth. I highly recommend adding all the side vegetables and jalapeños—you definitely won't regret it!
