Mcdonald's - Caboolture

I ordered a simple toastie and waited 20 minutes, only for it to arrive burnt. I noticed several other orders being delivered, including a woman sitting next to us who ordered after us and received her toasted sandwich before we did.

I was extremely disappointed with this McDonald's. It’s the only location I’ve visited where the service, food, and drive-thru experience were all subpar. I ordered $40 worth of food but only received half of my order. The drinks were practically undrinkable; one tasted like lime and the other had a strange, chemical flavor. I can’t understand how they can mess up pre-mixed Coke so badly. I won’t be returning, and I recommend you visit one of the other nearby McDonald's if you're looking for decent food and service—you won’t find it here.

I've had a really disappointing experience with my orders this week. I just ordered a large fries, but received a small instead. The other night, one of the nuggets looked like it had been bitten, and my order was missing a cheeseburger. To top it off, the fries are always rubbery or stale. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service here and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Every time I go through the drive through with my partner after he has finished work they can never get our orders right. We ask for the added extras on our burgers/meals but we never receive what we have asked for. Even with the grill slips still attached to the boxes. Call up to complain so maybe they can put the night staff through extra training and they answer after the 12th call

Went through drive thru...ordered cheese burger no pickle no mustard but with extra onion. Collect..open ..pickles and mustard..no onion Drive back thru..hand it over an tell them. Collect remake....has no onion at all. Back thru drive thru....finally some onion...6 little bits. How **** hard is it to get it right. On last trip thru drive thru staff member all but threw the bag at me. Yes they have been under pressure but so over the sloppy service you receive at most Macca's these days.
