Depalma's Italian Cafe Eastside

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the service. It felt as if I was invisible; no one acknowledged my presence. I ended up paying for my meal but never received it, so I decided to leave. I then went to the restaurant next door, where I encountered fantastic service and friendly staff. The manager there mentioned that it seemed like I had a few drinks, which was understandable given the hot weather, but it didn't warrant being ignored. My time at the next door restaurant was wonderful – the service was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting. I have nothing but positive things to say about that place, and my whole family enjoys dining there regularly. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant needs to improve its customer service, as taking care of patrons is essential. Enjoy, and God bless! Goodbye!

I was initially nervous and skeptical, but once the food arrived, I was blown away by how amazing it was! I highly recommend this place. The bartender is really fantastic, too!

Absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Be sure to try the breadsticks as an appetizer; they are a DePalmas specialty!

I visited the restaurant to sample the Pork Tenderloin and Wild Mushroom Lasagna. The ambiance was pleasant, the food was delectable, and the staff was friendly, providing excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was inviting, and it was clear that they also had a thriving takeout service.

Best pizza in Athens. I’ve had all the slices from all the spots. This is #1.
