Bidrage med feedbackIf you often run out of vegan cheese, then charging full price is not fair. This problem isn't limited to this location; it's an issue with all Biggby's. I've decided to change my review to one star after seeing how the owner has responded here. I won't be coming back to this location.
I met a friend for coffee and approached the counter. Two employees were busy stocking muffins in the display cases just a few feet away from us, but they completely ignored us. After waiting for a while, a young man from the drive-thru finally came over to take our order. Once the muffins were placed in the case and the plastic wrap was removed (these muffins are clearly not from a bakery), one of the women finished our order. She pointed us to the end of the counter, mentioning that our drinks would be there. Throughout the entire interaction, no one offered a thank you.
The website indicated that the restaurant was open until 9 AM, but when I arrived today, the sign on the door stated that the lobby closed at 7:00. Even though there were four people walking around inside, the doors were locked. I was very disappointed!
I ordered a large coffee and a sausage and cheese sandwich, but I was astonished to wait 25 minutes for my order, which made me late for work due to their slow service. When I finally received my sandwich, I realized they had forgotten the sausage, which cost them another star in my rating. The coffee I got was barely warm, and although I was the only one in line, I still had to wait ten minutes for it. It seems like they frequently run out of items every morning, indicating poor management in this place. This is a recurring problem. I even tried to contact the parent company, but they promised a call from the manager in Zeeland that never came. I think it's important for everyone to know that Ziggis on the east side seems to be a better option, as Biggby doesn't seem to care about its customers!

In my recent visits, my coffee has often been barely warm, and it took me ten minutes to get it even though I was the only one in line. Every morning, they always seem to be out of something. It's clear that there’s a lack of management at this location. This has been a recurring issue. When I reached out to the parent company, they assured me that I would receive a call from the Zeeland manager, but that never happened. I recommend checking out Ziggis on the east side; they seem to be a promising alternative since Biggby clearly doesn’t value your business!
