Every damn time i come here around 9:25 or 9:30 they always say they are closed. On the website it clearly states they close at 10. THIS IS AWFUL. Zaxbys do better PLEASE!

Placed an online order at 12:50 that was supposed to be ready at 1:11pm, didn't get my order until well after 1:35. The staff were just standing around having a good ol time (doing nothing) and not really focused on getting orders out. This will absolutely be my last time visiting this location.

Memo, I’ve got some takeout from here. It was pretty good. We got the Parmesan chicken loaded potatoes fries. It was good.

I love zaxbys but the one in Zachary is awful. If you go anytime after nine pm you're going to get a mixed bag. The closing time is 10 pm, but I've been told several times between 9 and 9:45 that they are closed. And each time it's a different excuse. I hope upper management sees this and fixed this problem. This has been an ongoing issue for months now.
