Long ago, but great atmosphere!

I love visiting this restaurant when I go out because there are often parties or live music playing. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is vibrant and lively.

This charming Irish pub offers high-quality drinks at affordable prices in a relaxed atmosphere. It has a local feel and welcomes visitors warmly. The pub also boasts a fantastic sea view and is exceptionally clean. A visit is highly recommended.

I recently visited a pub in Youghal that has a special connection to the classic film, Moby Dick. The director of the movie, John Huston, used this seaside town as a stand-in for the whaling center of New Bedford in the 1840s. The pub, formerly known as Paddy Linehan's, was a favorite spot for Huston and his crew to plan their filming days. The interior of the pub may not be as charming as one would expect, but there are plenty of rare photographs from the filming of Moby Dick on the walls. Despite the lack of atmosphere, it's still worth a visit to enjoy a drink and appreciate the historic connection to this cinematic masterpiece.
