I hadn't stepped into an A&W since they started their fear-mongering beef hormone/steroid free advertisements so I thought I'd give it a try. This A&W has recently gone through a face-lift reno and to be fair I don't think they were finished. But that's another...story. I order a sandwich meal which was ready quite quickly. The frys were limp and soggy so I suspect they had been sitting on the warming table for quite a while. The sandwich itself was bland and lifeless, however the root beer was just as I remembered and the best part of the meal. Although I finished the sandwich, I gave the fries to my dog. Don't think I'll be back any time soon.
