Little Caesars Pizza - York

I've been to this restaurant about four times, and only once was I able to get a pizza that was supposed to be ready. That time took around 25 minutes. On two other occasions, I was informed that they had run out of their top pizzas, so I settled for a regular one. On December 1, 2022, when I approached the order window, I was told that all the pizzas were sold out and there would be a 30-minute wait. I also heard that they were short-staffed and might close early because they couldn't keep up. I decided to go to Jim and Nena's instead. I won't be returning here; it's always a hassle and the service is too slow.

I decided to try this Little Caesars location in Michigan, but I was not a satisfied customer. I ordered a pizza and a Crazy Combo, asking for garlic butter and parmesan on the side. Unfortunately, my pizza was drenched in butter, leaving my entire order soaked in it. To make matters worse, the pizza was undercooked, so I had to put it in my own oven to finish cooking it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The food is always delicious, but the African American manager's behavior raises concerns. I noticed a young employee there, and I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my child work in that environment. I had planned to place a large order of over 50 pizzas for an event, but after witnessing the manager's questionable behavior, I decided to go with Papa John's instead. She seemed quite distressed, almost missing her bus in the process. It's concerning to see such unprofessionalism from a manager.

The highest thin crust pizza is the only reason why I sometimes eat here. Depending on who works, the pizza is great or okay. This place had it up and down. It seems like they have a crew who cares. How long will the last time say.

The prices are fantastic and we rarely have issues with our food orders. Some of the people that work there are insanely lazy and slow though and it's extremely evident they have zero work ethic at all.
