Pizza Time - York

I ordered a half-and-half pizza with chicken sweetcorn on one side and a meat feast on the other. However, the meat portions on the meat feast side were very small, so I asked for extra donner meat and spicy beef to be added. The order was taken for £11.60 in cash, but when it was delivered, I was charged £14.40 without any mention of a delivery fee. When I opened the pizza box, it was completely covered in donner meat and spicy beef. I called to complain and was met with abuse from the restaurant, which I later found out was Pizzamaster online, a tax avoidance scam. I will be reporting them to HMRC. I strongly advise against ordering from this place.

Done a walk in and there was a lady who stunk of wee and cannabis behind the counter. Put me off my food wont go there again

Very bad place to order from delivery driver doesn’t bother to come to knock just sits in car and if you miss the call then drive leave with food and restaurant tells you it your responsibility to call the driver back not there’s even tho it there staff

Ordered at 10:30pm and we were told 35 min wait in the end it was 12:30pm. We were lied to several times about how the food was ‘on its way’ or just ‘going in to the oven’. We made 5 phone calls, they refused to cancel the order. Just Eat we’re equally horrendous, spoke to 4 advisors on chat who kept ending the chat wouldn’t allow us to cancel and get a refund. When the food did arrive, it looked like it had been in and out the oven for 2 hours (so maybe they were telling the truth about that one!! it was inedible and the kebabs were beyond sweaty. I tried to sort the situation out amicably but Just Eat and Pizza Time refused. Avoid at all costs!

We 1st started using Pizza Time during the 1st covid lock down and things were good at 1st then it went drastically downhill...Pizzas were cremated, salty and just a waste of money...gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times but after last Saturday night we will go elsewhere...doubt they will be bothered though.
