Disappointed in the bagels. Pumpernickel was hard and small looked like a lenders
The staff was so happy and friendly even though it was very early in the morning.I had a toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, it was delightful.
Menu across the whole chain is now terrible. I love me a tuna salad on bagel and they really only have 3 kinds of turkey sandwiches. Bagels are adequate but not worth the bad menu. Could of used more cream cheese.Store has no seating and has a bit of an unfriendly vibe. Overall, it's okay but can be skipped.A few years ago, I would say this was a must have. Sad to see it turn sour.Nothing terrible though if you are really hungry for a bagel.
