Wendy's - Worthington

What a disappointment. I was served undercooked food and received items I didn't even order. I didn't report it at the time, but then they told me they don't offer refunds. I feel like I've been insulted through the window. Olander needs to reevaluate their service. I will never return to this place again.

In contrast to the Polaris location, the staff here are consistently friendly, precise, and generally quick. Well done, Worthington Woods Wendy’s!

It's a Wendy's, just as you would expect. I love being able to order and pay through the app before I get to the drive-thru. It makes everything so much easier!

2 large frosty’s ordered. waits in the car thru for a very long time. the woman who delivered frosty never said a word. one was the wrong taste, but it was dark and did not notice that until I came home.

Staff is completely rude, can't get orders right. Foods cold. Drive a bit further and go to a different Wendy's.
