Bidrage med feedbackHad a working breakfast here. Service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Fairly expensive but as it’s a buffet style with unlimited juices/hot drinks it is actually very good value.
Again another excellent dinner for our group…great service lovely food. We use the Eden Room for our functions at the hotel it’s perfect for numbers under 50.
I went to indigo on Sunday 24th September with my family to celebrate my birthday. Having never been before I was not sure what to expect. As soon as we walked in the staff were attentive very quick at getting our drink orders. There were quite a few of us so we pre ordered once the food came out it was absolutely delicious. I had the half roast chicken with potatoes and vegetables. I felt like nothing was too much for the staff at one point my nephew wanted more gravy and within minutes he had a pot of gravy bought over. I also have to comment on the pianist it just filled the room with calm it was such a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend indigo for a meal.
We recently held my Mum's 80th birthday celebrations at the Indigo restaurant, a lunch for 17 people. We had a large private dining room and access to a courtyard all at no extra cost. The food and service was excellent and the staff could not have done more for the party. From first contacting the restaurant about the reservation to the lunch itself the customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Many, many thanks to Richard Simon and the whole team for making it such a memorable and enjoyable occasion.
Have been to the Indigo Restaurant on numerous occasions and couldn't fault it until now! Maybe it was because they were running an two for one offer for the month of September but I would rather have paid the full price and got a decent meal. I had the beef and lamb roast £20.50) and was presented with two pieces of curly dried up meat. I queried which was the lamb and which was the beef and was told not sure but there was definitely one of each. The meat was placed on a plate of very strong gravy and you couldn't tell which was which by look or taste. I feel the meat was either cooked the night before and sliced up or placed on the plate in the morning and left to dry. It certainly wasn't tender and I can only liken it too old school dinners or a very cheap cafe. The best thing on the plate was the roast potato actually I had two but so small they were cut very small. Next came the dessert and I thought I would have the pineapple with passion fruit and coconut ice cream. £8.50) The pineapple was cut so thin that you really didn't have to chew it. The passion fruit was just a mound of pips and the ice cream was a ball the size of a table tennis ball. I began to realise that really it was not a two for one offer as Indigo was obviously cutting its offering to fit the bill and the amount people would be paying for it. They say if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. I have reviewed Indigo before and gave it five stars. I wont be recommending my friends go there and I will not be going again. What a shame as genuinely thought it was one of the nicest in Worthing before this.
