Taco Bell - Worcester

Typical chain restaurant. Affordable. Friendly staff but INSANE wait times (45 mins for 2 combo meals ordered on app)

Waited over 20 minutes for our order while half the people in the back did nothing but talk and eat food. Glad to see this place has no standards.

My friend and I make a special trip to this location because the food is always fresh and made to perfection, and the staff consistently provides excellent service.

This Taco Bell has been renovated, and the interior looks great, featuring self-service kiosks. The food is the typical Taco Bell fare; I particularly enjoy their Supreme tacos but usually don't order much else. If you’re a fan of Taco Bell, this location is definitely worth a visit.

I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating. I hadn't eaten at Taco Bell in at least 5 years, but I decided to stop by the one on Grafton Street for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The drive-thru experience—from ordering to paying and receiving my food—was incredibly quick, taking less than 4 minutes. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted remarkably fresh. Thank you for rekindling my love for Taco Bell!
