Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joint - Woodbridge

Make a reservation on my own but luckily I was able to attend through the Yelp event. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and the food was delicious. Thank you to Kris and the Yelp team for organizing such a great event!)

I was surprised to see the 4-star rating because I found that almost everything was lackluster. Maybe we visited on an off day. Overall, my experience was more of a 2.5 stars.

SERVICE: The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that our group had everything we needed throughout the meal. ATMOSPHERE: The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a group gathering. The decor was stylish and modern. Overall, we had a great first experience at this restaurant and would definitely recommend it to others!

Three of us late Sunday (9 pm) after playing golf. We were very hungry so ordered apps as soon as the waitress appeared. Still took almost twenty minutes to get the "tomatoes on toast", their take on bruschetta and warm olives. Mains took another 20 minutes more.My friends had pasta which they enjoyed. I wanted a meatball sandwich, but they don't offer those, so I had the "meatball slider" appetizer as a main. It was very tasty, and with six sliders, I feel I got as much as I would have if I'd ordered a sandwich. The food was good, but I wish it had gotten there a bit quicker. They weren't that busy, but maybe that was it. I'd like to try them again on a busier night.

Dropped the kids at Wonderland and did some shopping up the street. We were hungry and had heard good things.Pretty quiet early on a Sunday but the service and food were both very good. The Caesar salad was basic but the pizza was perfect. We shared a hind leg with arugula and proscuitto. The crust was thin and delicious. Toppings were fresh. Best pizza I have had in a while. A few house cocktails and the bill was 55 bucks. Good value. We shall return
