Nosh Scratch Kitchen - Winona

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The ambiance is stunning, the service is top-notch, and the food is beyond amazing!

If I could, I would give this restaurant 10 stars. Everything here is top-notch, from the drinks to the staff to the food. Be sure to follow their Facebook page for updates on their specials. The chef's passion is evident in the creative menu. The food is always seasonally appropriate and they are constantly introducing new dishes. I have been a longtime fan of this place and am finally writing my review. If you haven't tried Nosh yet, I highly recommend it. While the prices can be a bit high, the quality of the food makes it worth it every time. Some of the "Small Plates" options are also quite affordable given the high caliber of the cuisine.

I am giving this restaurant 4 stars for their seafood paella, which is a permanent dish on the menu. As shown in the picture, it was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. However, everything else was quite pricey and lackluster. The noise level inside was very high, so I would suggest sitting on the patio during the summer months if possible.

We were in Winona for a get away weekend and gave Nosh a try. I had the paella and it was the best I've ever tried. The rice was crispy on the edges and the flavor was amazing. The salmon entree was also amazing and the staff was very accommodating of foodallergies. We were running a bit late after hitting traffic heading out of the cities and we still were able to make our theaterstart time without feeling rushed. This place is worth the trip.

The food at this restaurant is of high quality and delicious. The portion sizes are just right, not excessive like many American restaurants. They also have a great selection of bourbon. I tried the Vietnamese lettuce leaves and apple and cheddar salad, both of which were smaller than I anticipated. I shared the salad with someone and we both could have easily had our own. The interior design of the restaurant is beautiful and the service is excellent. I wish this restaurant was in my town so I could come back, but I will definitely revisit when I'm in Winona.
