Carl's Jr. - Winnetka

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant, and I have to say that the food is delicious and satisfying. It arrived nice and warm. Keep up the good work! :)

I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Burrito Combo with hash rounds and coffee, but they forgot to bring it to me.

The Carls Jr. restaurant was a huge disappointment. The service was awful and the employees, including the manager, were a letdown. There was a lot of attitude and they couldn't even get our order correct.

All I'm going to say is don't come here, the workers show no remorse for their mess ups, the smirk at you for returning to fix the order they screwed up. CASHIER Eduviges should be fired. Horrible experience on a simple burger with ketchup, mustard,,and pickles. Believe they messed it up 2 times

Pablo was great! Happy attitude. And energetic. He was quick and efficient. We will be back.
