I recently noticed that the store in Vaughan has started skimping on their toppings for soft serve ice cream, like raspberry and strawberry.

Order my daughter cake on Thursday for picking up today (on Sunday 27 February 2022) I am not very impressed by the chaos I was given, or the fact that when I said something about the tip of the cake, being a chaos that was totally ignored by the worker who served me, what I said and acted as if they did not hear me. for $45 the cake should not look as if no care was to it and it should be tasty chocolate in the middle of the photo on the cake. very disappointing. service has certainly been the hills last year

Please always check their acknowledgement. I was overloaded when I came back to get a refund, the female worker was rude and could not make mathe. when I corrected her, she became very confiscating with me. will not be returned to this place. this was not the first time that I had to correct the order, so please check it in before they go.

We've been getting our kids ice cream cake here for years and we never had this problem. the cakes have always been great until this one. I ordered the cake a few days in advance and took the 22nd December. I live less than a 2 minute drive from this place. I picked it up at darkness as soon as I got home, I put it in my freeze cabinet. the dame in register told me that they had a power drop in the night. my son took the cake and she asked him how it looked, I was in a hurry and he liked it so well. he led it out and into the garage where I broke it into the freezer. the next day, when we took it out of the freezer, we saw how flat it was. super disappointed, but the children did not eat less. I have filed a complaint on their website I received a call from dq who questioned me and implied that it would have been our problem, the cake was flat. we never did this and our freeze cabinet is in order. I was just disappointed that nothing was done about the milkshake cake we got. all that is said, nothing has been done and we will no longer come to this place. beautiful that we have baskin robbins close, as we all really like iced cake.

Only 4 cars in the line waited 20 minutes on the line to move a customs and was caught in the loudspeaker box for another 10 minutes. I couldn't escape and no one took my order. I thought I'd die there.
