The Duke - Windsor and Maidenhead

Visited The Duke for Sunday lunch yesterday. Everything was delicious. We had two slow roasted pork belly and one roast beef. No one was disappointed. The roast potatoes were fabulous and better than I could have made at home. Roasties often don’t match up to expectations when eating out, but these were excellent. We will most certainly be visiting again. The service was also great, as were the puds!

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. We had never been before. The food was delicious and clearly homemade. The service was great, very attentive. I would definitely recommend it.

From the moment we arrived we felt we were very welcome. We started out in the very comfortable beer garden before coming inside to a lovely interior. Things only got better as the food we were served was fantastic. The Mac and Cheese Croquettes were a great starter but the start was definitely the Chicken Supreme which had an amazing chicken jus. Lovely surroundings, amazing food and fantastic staff, what more could you ask for.

We had an outstanding lunch at this restaurant with excellent service from a friendly owner. It is definitely the best place for lunch in the village.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for a date night. We enjoyed a delicious meal and wine. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was pleasant. It is a charming local pub that we will definitely visit again. Thank you!
