Giovanni's Pizza Restaurant Bar Lounge

If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would, but I 'll definitely just settle for an honest review of my experience. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad for delivery. My order was delivered in a timely manner, which was great. That is however, where the good experience came to an end. I opened up the bag that my salad was in and discovered that they had forgotten my dressing. (Not a HUGE deal, but okay. I opened up the salad, and to my surprise the lettuce and ALL of the toppings, chicken included were sopping wet, with a good half an inch of water in the bottom of the salad container. I called the restaurant and they offered to send me another salad, which I accepted. Around a half an hour later the second salad was delivered, this time the dressing was there, but the salad was again COMPLETELY waterlogged. I called the restaurant back for a second time asking for a refund, and was told that I needed to speak to the manager who had, and I quote stepped out and wouldn 't be back for an hour. So I waited for a return phone call for almost TWO HOURS, and NOTHING. So, of course, I called back and asked to speak with a manager only to be told they were still out of the building, so I let the person on the phone know that I wasn 't hanging up until he got ahold of his manager. He did, and the manager is now demanding that I return the food, all of which has now been thrown away, and that is the only way I 'll get my money refunded to me. I will NEVER give this establishment my business again.

Food here is off the chain especially when you're enjoying a great night with DJ Elle-Ce on the 1s and 2s every Tuesday. Also with Jen behind the bar serving up some deadly delicious drinks to her you where you want to be for the night, definitely in store for a phenomonal night!

The food is very good but I give it 3 stars because of the people that take the orders are so disrespectful. Unwelcoming unwelcoming, it makes the food not taste good when you get food. Served to you from my angry person. Your food doesn't taste good.

My first time, I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza ex-cheese… It was bar far the worst tasting pizza that I’ve ever had, it didn’t even look appealing no type of “love” when into making that pizza just business as usual, it was salty, not sure why, never had salty pizza before ever, possibly whatever sauce they used be it homemade or otherwise, it was too salty. I also ordered a 10 piece buffalo wing, you don’t even a choice between mild, hot, spicy, suicide, habanero none of that, they just fry wings and toss them in some cheap generic hot sauce, the bleu cheese was really tasty though. Definitely not worth the $37 odd dollars that I spent. What a disappointment.Parking: Plenty of free parking as it’s located in a decent size plaza.

Not a place to dine….. food was very good. They served you with paper plates that’s so thin you think you’re eating your food on the bare table.
