Latin Flavors Steakhouse - Winder

We decided to give this restaurant a try, but the food was flavorless and bland. Even my husband, who is a chef, thought the food was terrible. It definitely was not worth it at all.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary. We enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. The ambiance was peaceful and pleasant, and the service was friendly and attentive.

First of all, when we arrived, there was no one to greet and seat us. We waited at the door for several minutes before someone arrived to seat us. Next, we were shown a dimly lit buffet with mostly empty pans. The food options were limited and inappropriate for the venue. I was even served a dessert on a plastic plate that I suspect came from a discount store. The service was slow, with our drinks arriving after we had finished eating. The show was vulgar, filled with explicit language and crude jokes that were not funny. I am disappointed to see this decline in quality from a restaurant that had potential. I will no longer be supporting this establishment and refuse to pay premium prices for subpar food and entertainment.

Seated on time. Great staff. Food was outstanding. Pricing is fair for the quality. Brought out of state guests who enjoyed it with us. Will definitely be back.

By giving such a low score, I doubt you’ll read this. Had to call a manger to get someone to serve us. Waitress got the order wrong. The cook made a barrel cut filet that was closer to a roast than a steak. The bartender made a jalapeño margarita. I asked for another but a little more spicy. So, he made a cucumber margarita. We have been here before and had a great experience. This one ruined me. We will never be back. Enjoy!
