Failure in the ordering process with Uber eats Food was prepared and left on the counter before a driver had been assigned and subsequently the food was stone code when it arrived a hour later. Manager (a guy), was flippant and dismissive , and refused to ask the area manager to call me, continued to justify this clearly flawed process , I even rang after 45 mins when I seen a driver hadn’t yet been assigned ,to advise I Didnt want cold food and they refused to cancel or place hot food out for delivery.

The people how are running the place are very greedy and selfish because they are allwas raising prices on the stuff there please please stop its losing costumers. The staff are amazing and do there best but there are even getting anoid

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and there is an options YES/NO for butter. As someone who cannot eat butter, i said no. Arrived smothered in butter and went to waste. Why ask if you don’t read the option the customer has put??? very disappointed and a waste of money.

The people that work there are grate the food is good cake are to diy for.you can sit out side which is very good you can smoke and vape out side again wich help my dad a lot.

Such a lovely shop, great value for money and lovely staff, very friendly and so much better quality than the big name bakeries. The coffee is spot on as well.
