I am not sure what has happened to the quality of your pizza, but last night was the last time we order. The pizza was so soggy (pepperoni) , opened box and spilled grease or something all over our kitchen fabric chair (ruined) and gave me the worst upset stomach for the last time. Have always loved Lou's but this is the 3rd time the quality has been off. Long time customer, no more. Food: 1

This place was lively last night, with a line of people waiting to get in. The staff at the counter were incredibly friendly. Just as we were about to leave after receiving our pizzas, Amy stopped us to remind us that we had forgotten our chicken wings. Her service was truly impressive. It’s important to acknowledge those who go the extra mile. The pizza and wings were delicious too!
