Burger King - Williamstown

EXTREMELY RUDE! The customer service deserves a zero. Every interaction is minimal at best, and the staff comes across as if I’m inconveniencing them by being there. When you place an order, they rush you with “is that it?” repeatedly. Then, if they mess up and include something you didn’t order, they act surprised. YES, I DID ORDER IT—YOU WEREN’T PAYING ATTENTION! The food is usually decent, but they consistently skimp on cheese and ketchup.

I ordered one item, and they should have cooked me a fresh batch, but instead, they served me old, cold onion rings. Unbelievable!

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They really need to get a completely new staff and manager. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, specifying no pickles, but I still received pickles on my burger. Every time I order the same thing, they just can't seem to get it right. I even confirmed with them that it would be without pickles, and they said yes, but clearly they were not telling the truth and didn’t care at all. The entire team should be replaced, or corporate needs to start supervising this location.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever visited. It took 20 minutes to get chicken tenders and 10 nuggets, and when we finally received our order, the chicken tenders were overcooked. I suggest going somewhere else.

I only chose to eat here because there were no other options available. I'm not sure if I would come back, as the food was not satisfying.
