Subway - Williamsburg

I often dine at this restaurant, and it's wonderful that some of the staff remember my favorite sub. However, I've noticed they've stopped using BBQ sauce, which is disappointing. I've also seen some cleanliness issues, with food on the floor as well as on the tables and chairs. Additionally, they no longer provide baskets, so I have to unwrap my sub directly, and there aren't any smaller portion options available.

As mentioned in the review preceding mine, there are concerns regarding cleanliness, particularly with insects. While the previous reviewer noted flies around their meal, I found a spider in my dining companion's basket and on the restaurant’s logo sign. Although we received a refund for that part of our meal, I genuinely believe we should have been compensated for the entire experience. During a subsequent visit, I noticed a woman trying to order five or six subs, but only one staff member was available to assist her. Meanwhile, another employee was seated in the lobby, ignoring the growing line on February 1st, 2019. He eventually went to the back and did not return to help. We decided to leave and have no intention of coming back. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

All three of our sandwiches had overcooked bread. It seems that whoever baked the bread today left it in the oven for too long. The 9 Grain and White footlongs were quite hard to eat. We typically enjoy Subway, but this visit was disappointing.

The staff at the subway were incredibly friendly. I had some trouble locating the store on the app to order a cookie, as it kept indicating that the store didn’t exist. However, the sandwich we ordered was prepared perfectly and tasted great. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

The staff is unwelcoming and often ignores my requests, plus they regularly get my order wrong. I even received a drink that was expired, and they refused to acknowledge it, despite the evidence. Save yourself the hassle and choose another restaurant.
