Charnley Arms - Wigan

Was in there last night with a friend and the young lady Kayla I think she was called made us feel so welcome we called in as we are hgv drivers and just wanted time out of the truck for hour but we stayed there for 3 hours we will be going back there and trying the food next time

Today, I visited the Charnley Arms for lunch with colleagues and was welcomed by the delightful and kind Coleen. She was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. Coleen went above and beyond to ensure we received our food promptly and checked in on us with a smile to ensure everything was satisfactory.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Charnley's. I visit this place often and the staff is always extremely helpful. Hannah, in particular, has served me multiple times and she is always polite and attentive, just like the rest of the staff.

Fantastic service from Hannah very friendly and supportive as a support worker it can be difficult to take clients to certain places ……. So supportive thankyou

The food was excellent and the service provided by Hannah was outstanding. She was always smiling, very helpful, and friendly. She is such a lovely lady.
