The lady who takes the orders is really rude and has no patience at all, was really disappointed and ruined my girlfriend and I anniversary breakfast. This people doesn’t know how to make customers feel good. If I could I will give them 0

Great bagels! Loved the location in the heart of Natick center.

Bagels are store bought, they're displayed in the case in their plastic bags. The woman taking orders is pretty abrasive, not the best way to start your morning being barked at about whether you want your bagel toasted or not. Prices aren't bad, sandwiches are meh, honestly comparable to Einsteins or even Starbucks. Two stars because the interior is nice and clean.

Can’t go wrong with the Freddie From Chelsea. This place always has a fresh cup of coffee, friendly staff, and delicious sandwiches.I would like to see this place stay open later with a lunch or dinner menu. Possibly open up the counter top for customers to sit and eat at.On a busy weekend this place can get packed due to limited seated, but on the weekdays the place is quiet enough to read a book or do some homework.Overall this place is a must try! Great local spot
