Bidrage med feedbackIt seems like the only person actively working is the one preparing the food, while the manager appears to be either hanging out in the back or wandering around without purpose. The worker making the food is among the slowest I've encountered in my experience in fast casual dining. I do feel a bit sorry for him, but one would expect some improvement over time. Ultimately, it’s not entirely his fault since the manager seems to leave all the responsibilities to him.
I placed an online order and went to Target, but when I returned, my order still wasn't ready. The staff initially said it would be ready in five minutes, but I ended up waiting an hour in total. There were many other frustrated customers with me; some even asked for refunds, but the staff didn't know how to handle that. The manager was called but seemed unwilling to address the situation. This place used to be good, but the wait times are now absurd. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
I ordered 50 wings last night via the app. When I got there, I found a line stretching out the door, and only two employees were doing their best to keep up. Even though my order wasn't ready, and I had to wait a while, it was perfectly prepared and served hot. The manager was very appreciative of my patience and apologized for the delay, explaining that they had lost an employee during the night. He even gave me extra wings and veggie sticks. The staff here are truly outstanding; let's remember that everyone is human and don’t forget to tip!
I placed an online order around 9 PM, choosing the triple meal deal that was supposed to include 6 classic wings, 6 boneless wings, 2 tenders, and a large fry. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. When I called to report the issue, no one picked up. I tried calling four times and waited on hold for about 10 minutes each time, but still no one answered. Now, I'm stuck with the wrong food and without any way to resolve it since it seems no one in the restaurant knows how to answer the phone. All I heard was a repetitive marketing message, and it was frustrating to see that the restaurant was empty with just two people working there. It's hard to believe they couldn't take a single one of my four calls. Because of this terrible customer service, I won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Although the Wheeling location is the closest to my home, I prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes to Mundelein for my wings. Unfortunately, the Wheeling location has consistently messed up my order every single time. Tonight, I decided to order from Wheeling because I didn't want to make the longer drive, and guess what? They messed up my order again. I'm done with them. I would have rated this one star, but I have never had any issues with the taste or quality of their food.
