Pho Tau Bay - Whatcom County

I was in the neighborhood and stumbled upon this restaurant while comparing it to the one in Langley. I decided to give it a try, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The pho here is just as delicious and flavorful. The selection of meat is tender and rich, and the broth leans towards the fatty side, but it's all very enjoyable.

I only had one lunch there, but it was truly a gem. Don't let the exterior deter you; the food is excellent, and the service is fast and efficient, all at a great value. I will definitely be back!

Not sure if this is true of all locations but the beef brisket was quite stiff and dry. Not the worse but it definitely wasn't juicy. The steak meat was quite tender though. Soup was excellent it was on the greasy side but seemed to have little or no MSG as I wasn't extremely thirsty after finishing it.
