Waited 33minutes in the drive through today just to get two drinks. Drinks were warm, had no ice and were flat like they had been sitting around for awhile. Not impressed. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: NZ$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pleasant BK to visit while out of town. Service great, burgers were really good the eating areas clean unlike other BK in other towns, would go again Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Whopper Beef Burger

The Whakatane Burger King is the worst running Burger King I’ve ever been to in New Zealand. The service is so slow, the entire store is empty (no cars) and the drive thru is full and it is taking 20-30 minutes per car to order and wait for their food. Fast food means exactly that. In and out. The workers walk around so slowly and with no urgency, how it still runs and has funding is beyond me. Will not be back. Management needs to be refreshed. Service: Take out
