Buffalo Wild Wings - Westland

Plenty of parking. Clean restaurant. No wait to be seated. Had options: inside, outside, booth, high top table or table. It was Trivia Night. Plenty of TVs to watch sports and Olympics on. Great service. Food was hot and fresh. We didn't feel rushed.

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent, as is the quality of the food and drinks. However, I've noticed that the portion sizes have shrunk and the prices have gone up. Despite this, I would still give it a 5-star rating. The prices for chicken dishes seem to be high everywhere right now, and this restaurant is no exception, especially when it comes to the wings. My husband prefers to order the chicken tenders with a variety of sauces, which seem to offer a better portion size and are delicious. My personal favorites are the buffalo Mac and cheese and the American Burger.

Our server tonight was Aubrey, and she was fantastic! She was very fun and made sure our order was accurate. Aubrey went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I also really enjoyed chatting with her, as she is laid back yet punctual and precise. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The tots were particularly enjoyable with their crispy texture. I will definitely request Aubrey as my server next time as well!

Go before 4pm or they are out of so many food options including shredded chicken, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. It's happened a few times when I tried to get the platter after 4pm. But foods always good and staff is always friendly.

We absolutely adore our server Ariel! Every time we visit, she greets us with a big smile and treats us like royalty. The food is consistently hot and our drinks are always refilled promptly. The service is top-notch.
