Wildsprout - Western Cape

The ambiance at the Constantia branch is more to my liking, even though the restaurant itself is quite lovely.

The food we tried was delicious, decadent, and packed with flavor - but not unhealthy. Their coffee and smoothies were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast croissant with tofu scramble and mushrooms. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of specialty products including ice cream, cheeses, spreads, and fantastic sourdough bread, as well as some lovely organic produce. The fudge brownie was a bit too rich for our taste, but with such a variety of sweet treats available, everyone should be able to find something they enjoy.

We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The vegan croissants were fantastic and they offer a great variety of sweet treats. The store attached to the restaurant has a wide range of health foods and vegan products, including delicious sourdough bread. The food was fresh and satisfying without being too heavy. Overall, this is definitely one of the top dining choices in Cape Town.

We went to Wildsprout for breakfast and it was very delicious! We had the vegan BLT and a Cacao Power Bowl. Fresh and healthy. The shop next to the cafe offers a wide selection of vegan stuff. Second branch in Constancia!

What an incredible space. Came in for a quick bite and a coffee not knowing that there was a grocery store attached to the cafe. My food and coffee were both delicious. I 'built my own ' breakfast having some beautifully scrambled eggs on the most amazing vegan croissant. I couldn 't not have a walk through the grocery store and it did not disappoint. A little bit of everything for everyone. A wide variety of vegan, dairy free, sugar free and gluten free products to enjoy. I would recommend taking a good look through the treats fridge!
