Bidrage med feedbackI was disappointed to find out that when you call in an order, they don't start preparing it until you arrive. This completely undermines the point of placing a call order! On multiple occasions, I've ordered from this location, only to find that they run out of meat, lettuce, and other items even before the lunchtime rush begins. They really need to improve on this!
One issue I've encountered is that if I arrive just 30 minutes to 15 minutes before closing, I’ve been denied service for juices and smoothies. They should definitely have a sign indicating that these items are unavailable half an hour before closing—I would understand that. It’s also surprising for a juice spot to run out of fruit. Having worked in the food industry for a decade, I know that if we ran low on ingredients, we would go out to restock. It feels like the owner might either not be aware of this or simply doesn't care. I was always trained to accommodate customers, no matter how late it was in the day. They often told me that they had already cleaned the machine, but for a loyal customer who spends money here regularly, that doesn’t seem like good business practice. Hopefully, things improve, and my review can help this place offer better service.
The juices can vary based on who prepares them, with no fixed recipe, which is perfectly okay. I visit this place daily for my detox. The portions are good and the prices are reasonable.
Got a nice green smoothie here, have been trying to replicate it at home but it's just not as good. Was kale and banana and something else
Pitaya bowl was drowned in honey it’s supposed to be a drizzle. I had to throw it out I don’t know if these guys have ever had an Açai bowl themselves. I’ll be sticking to Shaky’s and Playa Bowls.
