New River Brewing Smokehouse And Eatery

The barmaid just completely ignored us we sat for ten minutes and she looked up only once from her intense conversation with a patron. There was only two other patrons at the bar. She never never left him and there was no other wait staff present. Sadly a disappointment we really wanted to enjoy this place. We left at went elsewhere and enjoyed.

Good beer, good food, great service, and great atmosphere. Second year to visit and still enjoy eating here.

If you are anywhere near West Jefferson you need to come here. Awesome beer, outstanding food, incredible service

Very nice and fast service, our food came out quicker than expected.The other members of the party got the chicken wings and some claimed they were the best they ever had. I got the Impossible philly style burger, it was very very good. along with the fries that come as a side. The large door was open and there was rain and the owners made sure to check in in case the rain got to be too much: that's an appreciated gesture.The waitress was nice, too.Everyone was very satisfied.

We eat here often and enjoy the atmosphere and food. The plastic forks and knives, and the 4% surcharge for credit card payment is a disappointment.
