Xian Noodle Factory - West Hartford

This is a restaurant you absolutely have to try. The noodles are hand-crafted and incredibly authentic, even better than those from Xian Famous Foods in NYC. While prices have gone up, they are still quite reasonable. Their bao is made from scratch, and the flavors are excellent.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time, and wow, the food is absolutely amazing! I'm in love with the chicken teriyaki noodles. They were juicy, incredibly flavorful, and you can really tell the noodles are made fresh. There was even enough left over for another meal! This spot is truly a hidden gem. While the “burgers” aren’t what you might expect, they are still quite delicious. The prices are slightly higher than what’s listed online, but they're on par with other nearby places. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a shot!

Authentic chinese noodles everything is hand-made. You gotta try this! Feels like we went back to Xi’an, China… Worth every penny. New location is in Newington, CT

My wife and I love big chewy noodles and Xian did not disappoint. We traveled all the way from Willington and it was totally worth it. I would love to see this place get more popular. It is a gem.
