Dunkin' - West Branch

We got really sick after eating here the other week. Ordered the seasonal bacon croissant sandwich hashbrowns. Undercooked eggs bacon, hashbrowns were hard as a brick. When I say sick, I mean REALLY sick. Doc said it was definitely food poisoning.We were sick in bed for a whole day, took 3 days in total to recover. Seems like management really is not taking anythingseriously. If anybody else gets sick, contact health dept Dunkin' corporate asap. Last thing our town needs is another chaincoffee place ran by unsanitary unprofessional people.

Slow is an understatement! Went thru the drive thru with two people ahead already waiting at the window and 30 mins later we got our coffee. Something needs to change or this place won't last.

This restaurant is very clean, but I believe that better training for the staff could make a big difference. The espresso tastes a bit "flat," likely due to the long wait in line. However, everything can improve with time! Best of luck!

The atmosphere is really welcoming, and everyone is so friendly! The baked goods and donuts are always fresh. The store is spotless, and the staff is quick to prepare orders.

I have visited this restaurant many times, and the staff has always been friendly. The place is consistently clean. However, I've encountered issues when using the app to order. Luckily, the management is very accommodating and resolves any problems. It's not flawless, but whenever there has been an issue with my order, the management has always taken care of it.
