Applebee's - West Branch

I was home on leave and decided to check out this restaurant. It exceeded my expectations! I'm not typically a fan of Applebee's, but this location was outstanding. It really surpassed what I thought it would be. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Olivia offered excellent service and did so with a smile. I will definitely be returning because of this experience.

The menu is constantly updated, offering new options with every visit. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl has a nice kick to it.

Great food tonight. Chicken parmasean was delicious. Heather was very friendly as my server. Waiter Sam delivered my meal. Sam was very personable and friendly. Good to see a young man who looked straight into my eyes. He smiled and was genuinely kind. Sam and Heather made my experience at Applebee's awesome. I definitely will return to eat there again. Update December 2023. Stopped in for a meal. Had the ribeye 12 oz with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. My waiter was Jon who did an excellent job. I was really pleased with my ribeye it was cooked to perfection. The meal was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend Applebee's in West Branch Michigan for a great time and a great meal.

We were treated exceptional by staff this past Tuesday . We ordered the Sirloin Steak special the Salmon dinner. I've never tasted mashed potatoes sooo good ! Just like homemade . The dinners were both excellent ! I also impressed with the TEAM ATTITUDE , the whole staff had . Kudos the the mgr , because the staff seemed to work very well together . Even opened the door for us on the way out. It was only my second time in an Applebee's restaurant I'm glad we chose this one. Can't wait to return . Yum ! Thank you !!!
