Drive thru quick and efficient. Ice cream was awesome!

I stopped here for a snack, bought a blizzard and some pretzel sticks. It took a while, but that 's fine I completely get it. When I paid I asked for a glass of ice water and was told we only have bottled water right now . I was confused but said I would take one, he seemed annoyed but ran my card. After I checked to see if west allis had a water issue (they didn 't) I asked him why. He just said they don 't have cups of water. I wasn 't going to argue but really? You only have 1 MAYBE 2 people working their butts off so you can make more money and I can 't even get a glass of water after spending $10? Even if they would 've charged me something for the cup/ice I could understand. I just think that 's a little ridiculous and won 't be back.

This is an old school style DQ that is worth the visit. Friendly and solid.

Great service, delicious ice cream food. They served me kindly even though I arrived at closing time. I definitely will patronize again and tell others to do so also.

Awful Dairy Queen!! You can smell the armpit odor from outside of the drive thru window I wouldn’t even write about this but they force chocolate fudge into blizzards when you order candy in it I asked to just get a plain one and they told me to buy another one. Awful place awful management
