Pizza Hut - Wesley Chapel

I've been to this restaurant several times, and each time they manage to mess up my order. Today, while I waited for them to correct my order, I noticed that 3 out of 4 other customers also received incorrect orders. They burned the kids' pizza and didn't add the extra sauce that I requested and paid for. I won't be returning; there are plenty of other places nearby that I can choose from instead.

This location is 3.9 miles from my house, but the website states that they don't deliver to my area. Interestingly, the Domino's that is practically next door does deliver. However, whenever I do carry out from this place, the food is always fresh and delicious.

I've never had any issues with Pizza Hut. The food is excellent, and our delivery driver was very friendly and polite! I ordered online, and the process was really straightforward.

They must have changed up the staff or service since the last time I ordered. This time was absolutely in point with everything. Everything was fresh, hot, cooked perfectly. It wasn't overcooked near burnt like usual. I received all my items too. A bonuswas the delivery driver who was very friendly polite. He delivered our food with care really topped off our great experiencewith Pizza Hut. The delivery was quick everything was delicious! I was very nervous ordering due to my last experiences,however this time I'm very pleased. One last thing, I LOVE the fact they didn't go up too crazy with their prices due currentsituations like a lot of places. That's a great relief. Review: 5 stars!

I love getting my pizza here. It always coke oit tasring great. And the manager named Rich is amazing. He has great customer service and knows how to make clients happy. ????
