I ordered dinner for delivery and was hopeful for a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. **Food:** 2/5 The food did not live up to expectations. The flavors were lacking and the presentation was quite mediocre. For the price of NZ$50-60 per person, I expected much better quality. **Service:** 3/5 The service was average. While the delivery was prompt, there was a lack of communication regarding the order status. Overall, the experience felt just okay. I had high hopes for this meal but left feeling disappointed.

The staff and food here are absolutely wonderful! I visit this place every week, and today I had to wait a few minutes for my order. It was no trouble at all since they were extremely busy, but they still apologized and offered me a complimentary drink, which was such a nice gesture! The food was fantastic, just like always, and definitely worth the price. Unlike many places that skimp on toppings, they never do—especially at this location. I’d give it a perfect 10/10 every time! I've spent half my paycheck here, and it always provides me with dinner and lunch for the next day. I wish I had caught the name of the person who served me, but thank you for your wonderful service! As someone who works in a customer-facing role, I truly appreciate kindness in service, especially considering the types of people you sometimes have to deal with.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the friendly and kind service I received, as well as the wonderful atmosphere without loud music. The staff was very polite, especially the young man who attended to me—I didn’t have to wait long at all. I hadn’t visited in months because my last experience was unpleasant due to the loud music, which made it hard to hear the server. Thank you to the team for such a lovely evening!
