This restaurant consistently gets orders wrong and serves cold food every time. Food quality and service both rated 1 out of 5.

This place is in dire need of assistance. There were around 6 customers in the restaurant. 75% of the tables were dirty. The food was old, and the fries were drenched in their seasoning salt. The carpet was dirty, and they need new ceiling tiles. This place needs a serious makeover. Their help is just as bad. In the lobby being loud on their cellphones, the cashier was slow and never smiled one time. That's our last visit here! Service: Dine in

We ordered the chicken sandwich, but unfortunately, it wasn't good. The service was for take-out during lunch, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was rated a 3, service a 4, and atmosphere a 3. We would recommend trying the seasoned fries.

Went to this Bojangles. First, second, third time I ordered. All in the same day. I got a really big meal. The first, second, third time I ordered the same thing. Very meal had burnt chicken. Each and every time I kept going back. Still burnt chicken. Everyone that works here needs to all be fired. You see someone doing something. You supposed to speak out. The Caucasian woman manager was rude. They hire anyone at these fast food restaurants.
