Little Caesars Pizza - Weeki Wachee

DO NOT USE DELIVERY!! I wish I would 've read the reviews before using this service. I ordered delivery through the Little Ceasars app. I never received my ordered. The manager could not issue a refund nor remake my order. My kids did not get theirfood because the manager does not know what to do about order issues over the app. He had the nerve to say call me back if youneed more help . What? ...smh. I called the number on the receipt and I was on hold for almost 1 hour only to told that I maynot receive a refund but they will submit a ticket. That would take 7 days. This is unacceptable. I spent over $50 for my familydinner, only for my family still not get anything to eat. If I knew it was being delivered through DoorDash, I would 've usedthem instead that way my issue would have been resolved.

Do NOT order delivery. Price point is good, but when I order a pizza and live only 5 minutes away, I really don't fancy the idea of watching my driver (done through DoorDash, mind you) drive all the way across town before delivering my food ten minutes pastthe estimate. Worse, the food is room temperature cold, so I can't even eat it. It could have been sitting for ten minutes orfour hours. Then you call their call center. If you opt to leave a message, you won't hear back at all. If you do sit throughthe hour wait, your very nice customer service representative will inform you that it takes seven business days to review yourcomplaint and see if you can even get a refund. I might be out a whole $20 for a meal that no one got to eat, and I won't knowfor a whole week. Edit: never got a refund or even so much as a response. I'll go literally anywhere else rather than riskgetting another ice-cold pizza.

It?s a chain take out pizza establishment. Pretty much the same in all of them. The pizza is hot and fresh. It tastes good and is consistent. The staff at this establishment is helpful and friendly.

So happy you guys had the stuff crust pizza. Price is higher than before but happy you are offering again. Tried the stuffed cheese bread it was amazing good price but to good to only have 3 pieces. Food is good,friendly service,and didn't have to waitto long for my food.
