When I picked up the smaller cake, she offered to refund the remaining deposit or hold it for a future order related to our original event. I chose to have the amount credited towards my next order, unaware that this decision would lead to a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Despite my efforts to reach her over the next two months, she ignored my calls and texts. It's disheartening to see such a drastic change in her responsiveness, especially after she had already received our money. This lack of customer service and disregard for communication is unacceptable. In the end, I did receive a refund. However, I strongly recommend that anyone considering Yamini for their baking needs think twice. While her cakes may look great, the taste and quality of service leave much to be desired.

Yamini provided exceptional service with my latest order. This is the second time I've ordered from her, and I'm once again impressed by her incredible baking skills. Her cakes are not only delicious but also beautifully crafted, with just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered from her for my engagement party and again for my bridal shower, and both times I was a delighted bride-to-be.
