Bidrage med feedbackLack of wine selections.. everything is California... the fish came in a lemon butter sauce we asked if they could make it more tangy add more lemon they did not. It was a buttery $50 fish. Appetizer artichoke dip guy dropped some of our bread on the floor said he would go get some more never came back. The large shrimp we ordered with the fish was small shrimp and not grilled GRILLED SHRIMP six large shrimp i would not classify it as LARGE SHRIMP!!! skinny like pinky size! Ruth Chris why are you serving dinner on such small plates! I felt like i ordered from the children menu. I heard another patron comment on the plate as well when his dinner was served.
We were celebrating our anniversary with a family member and our server Amanda ? was great! Wished us happy anniversary, put little hearts on the table and brought a small plate of sample dessert after our meal. Our food was cooked perfectly, we were not rushed at all and a great time was had by all!
Another outstanding experience! The service is always excellent the food drinks did not disappoint. We were a party of 6 celebrating anniversaries we had a wonderful time. The steaks are the best cooked were cooked perfectly. Delicious fried calamari artichoke goat cheese dip. Our favorite place to celebrate birthdays anniversaries.
Sat in the bar for happy hour. Not too busy. The bar tender (dirty blonde told us we needed to place orders at bar. We (a group of 6 were seated at a high top. We walked over one by one and placed our order. I assumed we were getting separate checks since we ordered one by one. 5 of the 6 got burgers. They were brought out. The bar tender asked if we needed anything else. Everyone wanted ranch. She rolled her eyes. When she came back with the ranch she stated we should have asked for it when we placed our order. Clearly not happy with us. She never came back to check on us again. We had to go up to the bar to get our check. She was very upset when we were surprised the checks were not separate. After a lot of back and forth. She said it couldn’t be done. She told us to Venmo each other. Terrible customer service. She wasn’t busy just lazy. Our group works in customer service and she needs some training. Food was good and I would have wanted to return again if not for the bad service.
The quality of the steaks is nowhere like it was previously. When I am paying $80+ dollars for a bone in Filet Mignon and order it to be cooked Medium Rare and it is served Medium well and closer to well done is not good. The creamed spinach was excellent as always. Our server was OUTSTANDING. Probably one of the best servers I've ever had. Any rush on I've ever dined at.
