Bidrage med feedbackI am truly frustrated and disappointed. I haven't visited Chuck E. Cheese in a long time, probably since I was a child when I took my kids to the location in Webster, TX. Unfortunately, I faced accusations three times when I only made a purchase once. To make matters worse, I haven't received any points for those visits. This has been such a letdown. I'm not interested in calling Guest Relations for a vague response. I regret bringing my children to this place because, during the time Chuck E. Cheese came out to dance, the female employees who joined him made everything look awkward and embarrassing. It's reflective of the overall experience. This level of disrespect has left a bad impression on my family. We absolutely will not be returning.
I visited this restaurant for a distant relative's party some time ago. It's quite pricey compared to other places. The kids and cousins had a great time, and the adults were able to relax. However, I did notice a single tap on the bathroom door, which was a bit odd. The pizza didn't live up to its price, either. I also observed that the upper management seemed somewhat rude to the employees; there seemed to be some underlying issue there. This affected my overall impression, especially when I tried to engage with the staff. Despite these issues, I managed to have some fun when I started to feel bored.
I really adore this restaurant! Everything was impeccably clean, they have an interactive dance floor, and their birthday party packages are amazing!

I regret bringing my kids here. When Chuck E. Cheese came out to dance, the female employee who was supposed to be entertaining looked wobbly and embarrassed instead. It felt like she wasn’t putting in any effort. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for my family, and we definitely won’t be returning.
