Come this morning for the breakfast the lady who took my order made it totally wrong order pluse the stuff is very rude when i ask my order is wrong rude customer

Don’t go to this location in morning , staff is in hurry and do not pay attention toward what they making . Today I got burnt , dry bagel BLT . This happening almost every time in morning . Don’t waste money .
Stopped by this location this morning to grab a quick bite. My quick bite took 30 mins. And in those 30 mins my order was wrong resulting in us having to discard some of the food.The drive thru was busy so I went inside thinking it would be better. Big mistake. It was full inside as well.Normally I won't complain but then it went from bad to worse. ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the attention is focused on drive thru orders while front of house is ignored. There were a throng of us customers waiting diligently for our food. And my 30 mins included others who were waiting ahead of me.People were getting annoyed and frustrated at the wait while the drive thru was being serviced in seamless fashion.My classic breakfast sandwiches the biscuits were hard (overly toasted), the large coffee I ordered with 3 sugar and 2 milk had cream inside despite the fact that the cup stated milk. In the garbage that went as my husband cannot digest cream.The cookie ? I ordered was tough....overbaked. At over 2 dollars plus for a single cookie (I bought 2) I expect at least something that is edible. They were also binned because we were already halfway down Britannia and it was a struggle to get out of the parking lot due to how busy it was.A donut sat on the counter for the entirety of the time I was standing there. Multiple people checking the bag to see if it was part of their order. At the halfway mark half the chocolate was on the bag and no longer on the donut.Who would want that anymore after so many people manhandled it?It was just a disorganized chaotic mess and a ridiculous amount of waiting time for something as simple as two sandwiches.Management needs to focus on ensuring their front of house customers are serviced in an efficient way similar to the drive thru. You cannot have the majority of your crew hyper focused on one area whilst leaving the other unattended.The amount of cars that were served while we had to stand there and wait?Unacceptable.Parking: Lots of parking available.
